The Congress on Production and Logistics Systems (CPSL) and the 3rd E-Mas Conference: The Future of Work recently held its annual congress "Innovation for Realization- Closing the gap between Science and Industry" at the Tecnológico de Monterrey campus Querétaro, bringing together experts from around the world to exchange ideas and knowledge and the gap between universities and industries. The Center for Sustainable Smart Logistics of Tecnológico de Monterrey, host of this important event, shares the objective of providing a platform for the exchange of ideas and knowledge of production systems, logistics and therefore, of a future of work in the digital transformation.

The CPSL, in collaboration with prestigious research institutions, publishers and scientific societies, has invited leading scientific experts to present their research results and studies on current issues in production systems and logistics. On the other hand, the 3rd E-Mas Conference focused on the creation of sustainable value chains by fostering new partnerships between industry and academia. The objective of the event is to generate innovative solutions to the challenges faced by the production and service industries due to digital transformation and changes in the working environment, especially in the context of Mexico.
