Dr. Armando Elizondo Noriega is a professor at the EIC of Tecnológico de Monterrey. He received his first Ph.D. in Systems and Engineering Management at Texas Tech University and his second Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences with a specialization in Industrial Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
His main areas of interest are technology management, quality, projects, and innovation, as well as discrete dynamic and agent-based simulation. Other topics of his interest are econometric, statistics, data engineering, and data science.
Dr. Elizondo has published more than 30 peer-reviewed academic papers, including conference papers, journals articles, and book chapters. For his academic career, Dr. Elizondo has received the SNI Level 1 designation from CONACyT.
In addition to his academic activity, Dr. Elizondo has national and international industrial experience contributing to technological developments in Silicon Valley companies. Currently, Dr. Elizondo is managing funds and agreements for educational research and business linkage, respectively.
