Rodolfo Mendoza is a professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus León and is a member of the National System of Researchers with candidacy level.
He holds a master's degree and doctorate in industrial engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey and has a postdoctoral stay at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon.
He worked in the corporations of TV Acteca and Group Elektra in the improvement of processes and systems. He worked as a professor at Campus Toluca, Santa Fe and Mexico state for 8 semesters from 2016 to 2019 and at UDLAP in 2021 for three semesters between 2021 and 2022.
He has 4 scientific articles in indexed journals on topics of resource planning in the public health sector in Mexico and on localization in the same field.
