The user has experience in the development of new products and packaging, standardization of production methods, as well as the analysis and improvement of production methods.

In consulting, they have supported various companies in process improvement and training, including organizations such as Pemex, Petroseven, Goncal, Gruma, Universidad de Chile, Erika Reynosa, Cydsa, Águila Mantenimiento Industrial, and CEMEX.

They have also worked in consulting for social enterprises in quality processes, specifically with Food Banks in the national BAMX network. They developed a model to assess the level of development of Food Banks in Mexico, as well as instruments for evaluating their development level.
